How many condos at the Seagate?
Four condos in total. A one and a two bedroom on the ground floor, the same upstairs. The ground floor condos have a connecting door and are convertible into a three bedroom condo and a Junior Suite.
How far is the Beach?
Grace Bay beach and the Bight snorkeling reef are no more than a one minute
walk from your accommodation.
The Seagate is located on Penn's Road (a quiet, mostly residential side
street off the Bight road), immediately behind the beach front resort Coral Gardens.
Are beach chairs available?
Beach chairs, towels and umbrella are provided in each unit, all of Grace Bay and all other beaches in the Turks and Caicos are public beaches.
Shopping
Only one stop and you can take care of all your goceries at the Graceway IGA shopping centre, 5 minutes drive from the Seagate, open 7 days a week 7 am - 10 pm.
Souvenir, duty free shops and small art galleries can be found in various locations within a short drive.
Restaurants on Providenciales
Provo offers a great variety of fine and casual restaurants in beautiful out-door settings most within 5 - 10 minutes drive from the Seagate. We will be more than happy to give you our recommendations during your stay.
There are three restaurants within a short walk from the Seagate, including The Coyaba, a wonderful place for a special occasion, and the Beach Cafe for a casual breakfast or lunch.
Night Life on Provo
You will be undisturbed at the Seagate. However, if you enjoy the occasional night out, you don't have to miss out. A few friendly bars in the main Grace Bay area and Turtle Cove Marina are open late and offer life entertainment mostly on week-ends.
Scuba Diving/ Fishing/ Excursions
Pickup and drop-off at your resort can usually be arranged, most companies operate a shuttle service. Turtle Cove and Leeward marinas are within 5 and 10 minutes drive. Please contact us for recommendations or if you require assistance making reservations.
Airport/Airlines
Your drive from Providenciales International Airport (PLS) will take no more than 15 minutes. Taxis are readily available if you haven't arranged for a rental car.

Climate
in the Turks and Caicos
Temperatures average between 75-85F (24-28C) during the months
of November to May, and climb to the mid 90s F (30s C) in June through
October. A constant light breeze keeps humidity down to a very comfortable
level. Very few of our guests request air conditioning during the peak
season, however, it may be desirable during the summer and autumn months.

A light sweater or jacket may be required in the evenings during December, January and February.
Dress code in the Turks and Caicos
There really isn't any... casual, light clothing is perfectly fine at any time. Smart-casual dress may be required by some restaurants, jacket or tie are not necessary.

and Visa as well as Traveller’s Cheques issued in US $ are widely
accepted. ATM's are not always accessible.

Getting around on Providenciales
Taxis are available, there is also a shuttle
service operating between the main resort/restaurant areas on Grace
Bay road as well as Turtle Cove Marina and the IGA grocery store. However,
for your comfort and convenience we recommend renting
a car during your stay. Avis, Hertz and Budget are present on the
island, along with various local companies, most of which
will arrange pickup and drop-off at the airport or the Seagate.

Check-in at the Seagate is from 3 pm, check-out time is 11 am
Early check-in / late check-out may be available by prior arrangement.
