1. All condos are equipped with a built in dishwasher except for the one bedroom unit on the second floor, number 201.

2. A private line telephone is provided in every unit (please click on unit no. below for individual extension). Complimantary local calls of up to $20 per week are included. Long distance calls can be placed by using a local phone card available at various locations on island.

3. Air conditioning is available at an additional weekly charge of $95, $235 and $395 for the one, two and three bedroom condos respectively. Many of our repeat customers feel that air conditioning is not required and therefore we allow our guests the choice of this option.

Laundry service can be provided at an additional charge, alternatively there is a coin operated laundromat within three minutes drive from the Seagate.

The Seagate is a non-smoking facility. Large, comfortable balconies are provided for those who would like to smoke.

One bedroom accommodation offers up to 1157 sq. ft., two bedroom condos up to 1890 sq. ft. living space. One bedroom second floor unit offers ocean views.

Rates / Payments

Rates are per condo, per night, based on 2,4 and 6 people per one, two and three bedroom unit respectively. A pull-out sofa is available in each unit - additional person per unit $35/night - Children under 12 stay free.

All rates are in US Dollars and are subject to 10% Government Tax and 10% Service Charge.

Please note that a surcharge of 2% will be applied to payments through American Express.

A 50% deposit is required to confirm and guarantee a reservation. The Seagate's refund policy is such that the 50% deposit required upon confirmation is not refundable less than 30 days prior to arrival and the balance, which is due 30 days prior to arrival, is also not refundable. If a cancellation should occur and an alternate booking is secured, The Seagate will make every effort to provide accommodations at a mutually convenient date. A 10% administration charge is levied to all refunds. We recommend that you take travel insurance with a cancellation clause which is available through your airline travel agent.
